Guy Martin is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, founder, owner and CEO of Blueprints with decades of experience in assisting corporate leaders to build High-Performance Cultures.
As a lifelong believer in the pursuit of excellence, he left Africa to join the Royal Air Force and ended up flying the Harrier (Jump-Jet). On returning to South Africa, Guy adapted his military experience to build an elite, Special-Forces logistics business, which grew rapidly across the world. To face the challenge of keeping all his employees aligned to his strategy and market differentiation, he developed a unique Visual Formula for everyone to fully understand the business model, how it worked at its very best and how every employee could contribute to its goals and positioning.
Blueprints was born to balance the logic and magic of organisational psychology to infuse new cultures in support of High-Performance philosophies in the corporate sector. My role is to project manage the building of high-performance cultures within our clients. Acting as liaison between operations and project leaders and sponsors.
From my beginnings in market research I then moved into marketing services and then finally finding my passion in ops in a specialised logistics company, where our culture was defined by a formula that we lived by and helped grow us exponentially without losing the essence of who we were.
That in turn led to joining the team at Blueprints to focus on assisting other companies to intentionally distil their DNA into a formula for future success.
Charles Botha

Charles Botha is an organisational psychologist who began his career at a major retailer doing data capture. He was promoted to the creditors’ department & realised that companies lack a structure to get great ideas from people on the ground heard & implemented.
This led him to enrol at Wits University where he studied Archaeology to better understand human dynamics in history, for which he received the Van Riet Louwe Prize for the top undergraduate in the faculty of science. He added to this knowledge of human dynamics by studying Sociology & Demography, to understand how people interact at a group & population level. To better understand individuals, he studied clinical psychology & to better comprehend cognition he combined this with cognitive neuropsychology. He was awarded admission to the Golden Key International Honours Society for his efforts.
He then furthered his studies in human dynamics in the workplace by studying organisational psychology & added to this knowledge by studying the dynamic interaction between humans & technology in his postgraduate organisational psychology thesis.
Charles joined Blueprints in 2010 & heads up Research.

Dina is the operations manager at Blueprints.
The function of operations is that of specialized core capabilities synchronized to coordinate all processes from electronic to manual.
Dina has 17 years’ experience and expertise in the operational aspects of deciphering Success Formulae, Safety Formulae and Leadership Formulae for over 120 clients.
Her role is setting up project plans, technological functionality, manual processing, managing client expectations and delivering milestones. Post-implementation, she is involved in the processing, analysing and reporting of the results produced from the feedback.
Story:
After specializing in HR with Armco Superlite, a subsidiary of the Murray & Roberts Group, Dina joined in 1999 a unique logistics business – Special Operations Services (Pty) Ltd (SOS).
Initially trained in operations, she was transferred to the COMSOS division to manage international and domestic logistics for Compaq warranty parts.
Dina joined Blueprints in 2003 to run operations and customer service.

Lebogang Sefike

Lebogang has over 10 years of experience in Forensic Investigation and Auditing, having worked in both private and public sector from Municipalities, the Department of Education, National Treasury, law firms, internal auditors, Gambling Board just to name a few. Also have over 15 years’ experience in data capturing, typing, administration or financial office support processing invoices and keeping accurate and complete financial records.
Lebogang has studied BCom Financial Management (to complete), Certificate in Forensic Investigation and Auditing, Human Resource Management Practice and Support, System Development and currently doing Payroll Administration. Her membership associations are the Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (ICFP), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Human Resource Professional Body, South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) and Learning and Quality Assurance (LQA).
She can speak or understand 6 South African languages which comes in handy when translating comments for Blueprints, has been with Blueprints since 2017 as a Data Capture/Typist but has since moved to other departments such as Finance and System Development.
