The Blueprints Method
Guy Martin – Founder of Blueprints
Guy Martin is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, founder, owner and CEO of Blueprints with decades of experience in assisting corporate leaders to build High-Performance Cultures.
As a lifelong believer in the pursuit of excellence, he left Africa to join the Royal Air Force and ended up flying the Harrier (Jump-Jet). On returning to South Africa, Guy adapted his military experience to build an elite, Special-Forces logistics business, which grew rapidly across the world. To face the challenge of keeping all his employees aligned to his strategy and market differentiation, he developed a unique Visual Formula for everyone to fully understand the business model, how it worked at its very best and how every employee could contribute to its goals and positioning.
Blueprints was born to balance the logic and magic of organisational psychology to infuse new cultures in support of High-Performance philosophies in the corporate sector. Along with his team of experts, Guy partners with CEOs who understand the challenge of getting their leaders and employees fully onboard with their future ‘North Star’, to measurably drive discretionary effort in the direction of that vision and to unlock the true potential of all their people in such a way that they willingly buy-in to a higher order of being.
“Of the three million things I’ve ever done in the corporate environment, this was by far the most valuable.”
“Blueprints is simply the best mechanism we have ever used to help us drive a high performance culture in our business. I can see a direct correlation between the Blueprints scores and the financial performance of the business. We have such faith in the process that we have incorporated the methodology into the Deloitte suite of offerings”
“Finally, someone has come up with a simple and straightforward approach to: aligning (or re-aligning) a large organisation towards a singular goal, getting all team members to provide input on how to achieve the goal, highlighting work that should be done and also what shouldn’t, and, creating a memorable hook to ensure the organizational change has legs. I have seen this work in real life, in my organization”.
“McDonald’s ranking, in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ ratings, moved from 47th (Before Blueprints) to 1st (After Blueprints).”
We would like to extend our deepest thanks for your kind gift. Your thoughtfulness and generosity are much appreciated.
