Research Manager

Charles is the intellectual engine behind the "IQ" of the Blueprints method, leading the research that deciphers our clients' unique organizational DNA

Personal Experience & Biography

His journey began with a simple but powerful realization in a corporate creditors' department: great ideas from people on the ground were consistently getting lost. This inspired a unique academic path, studying Archaeology to understand deep human history, Sociology to grasp group dynamics, and finally, Organizational Psychology to apply it to the workplace. This multi-disciplinary expertise makes him an "organizational archaeologist," skilled at unearthing the hidden patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that truly define a company's culture. At Blueprints, Charles heads the research division, transforming thousands of individual opinions into the clear, statistically valid, and mathematically precise formula that becomes the foundation for transformation.
